These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the Terms), posted at the link below, set out the Rights and Obligations of the Parties, hereinafter/also referred to as the Contractor (EMEX LLP) and the Customer/Sender (hereinafter referred to as the Customer), on the basis of the agreement concluded by the Parties on the provision of services for the organization of transportation of shipments.
These Terms correspond to the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and regulate the services of the Contractor on organization of transportation of consignments on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and provision of a set of services related to this activity.
These Terms are available for familiarization on the official website of the Contractor www.emex.kz (hereinafter – the Site) and are a public offer in accordance with Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The fact of transfer of the consignment for transportation by the Customer confirms that the Customer is familiarized and agrees with the provisions of these Conditions, effective at the moment of transfer of the consignment for transportation, and undertakes to comply with them regardless of the presence and/or absence of the Customer’s signature in the Express consignment note.
